How estimates work
Every price below comes from a captured vendor pricing page, dated per tool. Where a vendor publishes tiers — up to 500 orders, up to 2,500 orders, and so on — we always round your volume up to the next published tier; we never interpolate a number that wasn't actually published. Prices marked ≈ are currency-converted or reflect a feature-driven plan default rather than a volume-based pick. Some tools don't publish per-tier dollar amounts at all — rather than guess, we mark them quote-only (or, if a vendor scales past the one tier we captured, "scales with list size") and leave them out of your total. FAQ
Why does Klaviyo show quote-only?
Klaviyo's paid tiers beyond the free 250-profile plan aren't published as flat dollar amounts in our capture — pricing is quoted at checkout based on list size and features. Rather than estimate a number we can't verify, we mark it quote-only. Gorgias and Okendo are the same: real per-tier pricing, no public dollar figures.
How accurate are these estimates?
These are published list prices from each vendor's pricing page, captured on the dates shown — not your actual bill. Real invoices vary with negotiated rates, add-ons, usage overages, and (for SMS) carrier fees that vendors don't publish. Treat this as a directional estimate, not a quote.
